He's not forcing you to give away your site or your niche.

The OP has been a member since Jun 10, so he hasn't just joined today to try and steal your 'precious niches'.

If your niche is so valuable then you shouldn't be taking free seo services from a newbie in the first place.

When I see fairly good English in the original post followed by very bad English in the following posts I get suspicious.
It reminds me of fake oDesk profiles.

But I also agree that there are people who are TOO rude in this thread. OP may have good intention overall. Don't disqualify people for nothing.

All people, especially IM people (Including myself), think they know everything and do everything better than others. It's human nature.
Do to human nature; people think they have the only money making niche and they want to protect it. Protective behavior is also human nature.

In addition; some people are just idiots.. But being curious why someone would do such a thing is quite natural.. Think about it.
