No Point In Buying Scrapebox VPS?

All depends on what you want. If you're going to utilize SEnuke and SB and just want a plug and play VPS (you don't have install your own software, etc on your VPS), then I'd definitely check out Damien's service.

Consider a legit SENuke cost you $127 per month, if you it in large scale, it cost $29.7 per license ($297 for 10 copies). Then, it save you a lot time if you are using his service at $50/month, without hassle in researching a vps provider that allow scrapebox & purchasing proxies (you still need proxies if you are not using Auto Approve Scrapebox list).
In my opinion, this is the min value you can get from his $50/m service:
VPS - $15/m

What are you going on about. The question was could SB run on a desktop.
The answer is yes you can run it from a desktop on a home Broadband connection but if you have data limits on your connection be careful as SB can use lots of bandwidth whilst doing some functions.
I run it from my desktop on a 20Mb cable line.
I thought about that first too but then got the trial of senuke. this soft looks sooo crappy nothing compared to scrapebox. I did not even use it one single time just looked at the features and from what i read there is a lot of different software for that out there.If u r gonna use it go for the service if not then dont. I use my own dedi with scrapebox and other soft running

It clearly depends on what your after. I wouldn't even consider running it on a VPS. I have 6 copies of scrapebox running, 4 of which run on dedicated servers. 3 of which are 6 core servers and 1Gbps lines, and they all get maxed out. The other is a P4 with 100Mbit line which also gets maxed out.
Running 10 instances on a VPS isnt going to be possible, you will be lucky if you can run 2. So if your only after a few links, then a VPS is the way to go, if your after really digging in then your not going to be able to do it on a VPS in the first place, at least no one with that low of specs.
In answer to someone elses thought, 1TB of bandwidth should be plenty on a VPS, Scrapebox is pretty low on actual total bandwidth used and it would be hard to push that much thru a VPS anyway.

From what I hear, BHW doesn't like the ************, or vice versa, but I think both forums are great. And I would solve this issue by going over the BHT and getting their VIP for $25 a month, comes with SENuke, TBS, all that stuff...
what do you mean by backlink? I'm new to this and have been browsing here since I just made my first site
I barely know what scrapebox can do, so apparently it'll get you more search results when you search your website right? I only have a laptop so would it work for me too? I don't know what you mean by backlink tho. plz explainrealmanmag

There are far greater SB experts than I here, such as Loopline above, but basically Scrapebox allows you to 'scrape' urls of blogs, forums, etc. to use for backlinking to your site. SB also is excellent for taking those 'scaped' urls and commenting on blogs. It has numerous other features and add-ons. It's the one of the best investments you'll make.
One option is to buy it and run it on your local machine while you learn it. After you get more experienced and ready to use it to its full potential, move up to a VPS and then to a dedicated server.
