AMR - How many posts per day per account?

Wondering how many article directories people have found it safe to post to per day or hour and over how many accounts?

Just got AMR about a week ago and it's fantastic but I don't want to overdo it and leave a footprint.

Also, if making multiple accounts should the email be on a different site?

i.e. [email protected] & [email protected] - is this not recommended?

Make sure you use it the way like you dont have any footprints.. I usually run for my tier 2 and most of them gets indexed. so i dont bother on making multiple accounts..

Oh I see, that makes sense. You manually create an ezine and link to that or web 2.0 property?

I has seen someone saying 5 submissions over 5 accounts per day which seems like very little, then others saying they just blast away so I wanted to get some input on the issue.

If we make multiple author account for same niche/site using AMR can this cause problem?

For my sites, maximum of say 60ish a day (direct) for other sites web 2.0 about 500, maybe more, depends where. Wordpress or Blogger, hell, you could just do it all instantly in my mind.

The trial version only is good for 5 days.

I have AMR and have set up 2 accts so far. I will set up more to spread things around and as far as blasting all at once or x number a day, you should test. I usually blast the high pr sites first so they get approved and indexed and then the pr 0 and 1 sites last.
