blogger aproved by adsense, now how i add the php?

iam kinda noob at this, i just got my blogger aproved by adsense, now i need to add my php script, can someone tell me how to? thanks

Dashboard -> monetize -> Make Money with AdSense! Select where Display ads. Click on next. Select: Use an existing AdSense account Insert AdSense email, PIN (postal code) or last 5 figit of phone. Follow instructions.

i mean an php script to cloak. i allready add the "ad's".

It's JS based code. You don't necesseraly need PHP code. You can paste the code anywhere in your HTML as well.
