This seems like a sort of question but maybe he is posting to post. I will give it a go.

Most new themes are already SEO optimized. What was once an art form in coding correct SEO optimized sites are redundant. All of your meta info is there, you just need to fill it out with the keywords you are trying to rank for.

No theme is going to optimized your KW density, anchor text, h2 or h3 text, or build links for you. There is a download section here in BHW that has plenty of good WP themes

Hi! If you're looking for websites with WP themes, you can try quemalabs.com. It has a set of free and paid for themes you can choose from. Plus, there are SEO optimized themes which I believe are what you're looking for.
