if you use free hosting making doorway pages, if it is better to update each days

or

making pages normal and good content quality and change them to 1 time or more per day

witch ones are those best doorway or normal pages ( i know java troubles)

but if you change each day

I personally would never update anything more than once a day, it looks a bit suss

i "ping" each 5 messages
google rss only read messages 5 by 5
