BUT One problem I see is if i try to lock a site with a video (say, YouTube), the video loads over the lock.

Any suggestions on this?

You can take a screenshot of the page, upload the image to a website, and you can use that as the "locked page" to give them the "look" of a real web-page behind the gateway when all it really is, is a picture

If so, yeah it does. What I did, I put my "page to be locked" as my wordpress website and when you goto wordpress i think it's the "sidebar" I put this code:

<iframe src="http://websites.tld/gateway-page.html"></iframe>

and make sure you have the "break iframe" ticked

yeah, thought about that, but I want to have real content behind my pages, not screen shots. I intend to send repeated traffic through multiple sites, and if they get pix instead of real content then they'll stop responding.

so I need a more elegant approach, i.e. blocking real videos.
