Opinions on a service

I am seeking opinions on a service that could be used by people in the ad business, I am not offering this service at this time, I just wanted to know if it was reasonable, why its posted here instead of somewhere else on the forum.

Basically the service would be many many IPs from different providers, different geographic locations, and not proxies. Any data sent would be 100% what you send and not have anything added/removed from the flow. There would however be a limitation of only a few seconds to a few minutes per IP (aside from a static one say for SSH or whatever).

Is this something that would be even remotely desirable by people here?

Given the odd limitations that exist I do not know if this would even be desirable to have, why I am asking for opinions on it.

I do not think you understand, or choose not to.

Each IP is available for that duration, the service itself is a longer term thing. In the course of a day you could have hundreds of thousand of IPs from all over the globe across many different providers. Really I dont care why someone would want this with the exception of kiddie pr0n which would likely result in me spending insane amounts of time tracking that person down and obtaining a baseball bat for the introduction, but yeah.

I think this could be a valuable thing for craigslist posters, but it would have to be set up perfect and have some kind of program that changes the ip when it expires, etc. I dont know how it would be set up, but if it was set up right, it could be useful.

Well the only way I could see this working is if the machines were compromised in some way. Why else would they go down or only be available for short periods of time?

There are other ways so I will make this clearer. No machines will be compromised, this is not a bot net, the traffic will literally go from one machine "spoofing" IPs from all over and receiving the replies (something you wont see with just normal spoofing).

I wont reveal how for a couple of reasons, one it would be silly and two this isnt the forum for that AFAIK it wouldnt be illegal either.
