Twitter - Post random RSS items automatically

I would like to know if there is a service in which you put your RSS feed and every x minutes, it posts a random item from it automatically. It should be something setup-and-forget.

you tell it the post frequency in the options section

i think its in minutes

you can also add prefixes and suffixes to the tweets

But this is the frequency for posting new tweets. Now that they have been posted, how do I make it post older items?

there area many ways to do this. If you have a wp blog then there is a feed for each and every category. grab all of those feeds and use a feed mixer to use and add it to twitterfeed. Now just use the same mixed feed and open up more twitterfeed accounts and some dlvr.it accounts. Don't go crazy have it feed 3 posts every hour or two.

Would be good to get TA and post to your account normal tweets with no links in them.
