What you're asking for is nigh on impossible is what he's saying.

Instead you can expect a ton of junk fans from non-English countries or fake fans.

If you don't believe us, try all the gigs on fiverr for a start.

They are right all the fans you can purchase nowadays are junk. I've spent a few $100 on rep and non repped members here for junk fans. It was a total waste... all the fans were forced never seeing my page.

edit: To everyone selling fans that are forced and promising your fans are "quality" you are a POS. (this is mainly for the fellow blackhatters that sold me fans)

I'll never understand why anyone would think they could be sold "fans." A fan is an organic interest, you can't sell that unless you're straight out marketing that page... but no one would do that at the rates they charge, so this is essentially always going to be empty fans.

Don't trust too much on someone...
If you are going to hire someone for this job then pay for small number of fans first and see what he comes with....

If he does as he says then move forward and do further business, because most of the fans suppliers nowadays are dependent on some other people... They just keep their profit and give the job to someone else...

ya that is how i get payed.. people come to me saying tht " i need fans for my clients"... people will be in the intermediate on the clients and the provider and keep the profit with them..
