Is anyone else experiencing problems with PVAs being DISABLED as apposed to just roadblocked?

If so, any suggestions to make em work longer?

You mean when your app gets deleted your PVA gets disabled? I've seen it, it's hit or miss. Not sure what causes roadblock vs. disabling.

well...facebook always gone crazy
not the first time though..

if they are disabled, how do u get them back?

according to their page, u need to:

Please upload a government-issued ID to this report and make sure that your full name, date of birth, and photo are clear. You should also black out any personal information that is not needed to verify your identity (e.g., social security number).

If you do not have access to a scanner, a digital image of your photo ID will be accepted as well. Rest assured that we will permanently delete your ID from our servers once we have used it to verify the authenticity of your account.

....so pretty much deleted.

this is nothing new and can occur for many reasons such as rebuilding spammy apps on an account that was roadblocked for spam in the past

It depends on who I get PVAs accounts from. I noticed some get disabled faster then others. I bought 10 accounts off someone 3 days ago, all were disabled today. I only used 5 of the accounts and never even logged into the other 5.
