Is using vcc this time safe?

I really need to verify my paypal account because it reached its limit. I'm using my paypal to pay online or sending money to other paypal account. Is there a safe vcc, that it wont risk my account. And its my personal paypal account.

Really need your advice.

If you're not in the States then go with Entropay. Works like a charm for both verifying and withdrawals.

Hi, I got an entro pay virtual card and when I verify it with paypay this is what it says.

This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.

What was the problem? I really need your help

PP has recently gotten tight on vccs and other cards for verifying. It may be Big Brother is breathing down their necks to stop accepting certain card sources.

No, I only have one pp account which is my personal account and I'm from Philippines.

That's bizarre. I don't know much about how PayPal works in the Philippines - all I know is that (at least until very recently), Entropay worked wonders in Europe.

And I still get $500/day PP withdrawals to my Entropay (virtual) card without any issues.

Maybe the best thing to do is just to get my own cc card.

I have made several paypal and all of them activated with vcc. I think it depends on the vcc provider.
