So without naming names I will be using a monthly backlinking service. They offer DAILY link building in different formats (web2.0 post, xrumer, blog comments, high pr profile links, and a mix of all) Since this service really takes care of the basics except bookmarking, I still find myself looking at other people and what they offer and if cheap and good should I still build off them to?

Example: If im already posting to 15 web 2.0 sites from this company (and they allow repost so really they set it up for you and you can maintain it) do I still need to go to someone who is doing the same service for $5 say as a review?

Example #2 If my service im with supplys me with blog comments any day I want do I need to have another person who offers the same service do it for me to?

The only part of me that says YES to the above examples is because it will be coming from first off different user names for the web 2.0 sites but will have the same article sent just spun.

Hope im making sense because it boils down to now that I have found a good service from 1 person do I still have to go get more from person #2?

any comments on this?

You don't have to, but extra backlinks always help. It will just leave more for the big G to find over time.

SEORasta - do you mind me asking who you are using for the link building service?
Im looking for the same .... would you recommend your guys?
If yes, can you pm me there name/url?

I think there is a service called backlinks genie. search for that.

But back to the op, not really sure why you're asking the question. Do you really need someone else to make the decision for you??

Maybe I just don't understand the question properly?

I would not trust monkeys to look after my seo. Sure outsourcing blog comments, and some bookmarking etc is fine. I remember buying an xrumer blast before I purchased it myself and its was that, just a blast - people dont index or stitch web2 properties with article submissions and make "proper" link wheels/ pyraymids - as long as the punter sees a report he thinks "great" - get all the easy stuff outsourced and sort the "real seo" out yourself.

Its always good to make sure you are receiving consistent high quality backlinks

You are correct on the genie :) although I wont start till tuesday. My point was because they do a lot for you which YOU can control, I was just wondering would I need MORE if I can get it free or cheap OR just let them do it for me and work on content etc to the site. Just seeing what others may do.

Oh I see...

Well I typically use a service to free up my time to work on other things - research, site content, copy, etc...

If you're getting the desired result from the service you use, then there's probably no need for you to duplicate their efforts, in which case you can focus your own efforts on other aspects of your business.

IMO, link building is a low end activity and can/should be automated as much as possible to allow you to focus on things like high quality content creation, conversion, and so on...
