JV Partnership ,,, Long run project.

Hello BH fellows,
I will not get into detail here but to tell you where I am standing at and what do we need.

I've been running a project since 6 months ago.
I've outsourced most of the job into development. and the reason its been 6 months its becaus eof money obviously.

So where am i standing at?

I have 2 partners,
1. that's headof the programming ( no money invested but his time leading the developing project with a team tha we are actually for their time)

2. Another partner who has invested almost of what I did.

I have invested most of it, besides taking taking care of the biz registration and legal matters which I stillneed a bit more to figure out.

What is it that I need?
1. Money to finish project, Its just one step to be done
2. Someone who has knowledge into the marketing or strategies to get certain kind of traffic.
3. if possible someone who has some legal knowledge as weel to help me.

To be honest I want to get out and be done with this project as soon as possible.

We are talking maybe 2 - 3k to finish it, partly goes to the developers the rest which I am assuming its not much but I am not an expert its to do the promoting or marketing whaever is need need get it going.

that's why i needed someone with knowlege in the Marketing area which inculded SEO and traffic generation. regardeless is the traffic generated but at least we get the right people.

the only problem is.....it's all built on trust on the Net. If it fails..or .... you can simply dealy or not pay. Not saying this is you..but it's the way i see all these JV's.

Yeah there must be great opportunities out thee but it's like a needle in a haystack.

What guarantees, contracts, etc do you offer?
