what can black hat do that white hat cant?

I don't understand that question too , what I want to know is what would some xrumer or some experienced blackhat user recommend to their whitehat friend who wants to help with SEO of their whitehat website , but doesn't want to destroy it and doesn't want to mess up with G and maybe decides to change to greyhat SEO optimization.
In other words what would you do with some old , reputable , serious website , knowing your techniques , having your powerful tools .

to me,
blackhat = fast short term money
whitehat = good long term money.

This is general look on it of everybody , I know the difference between whitehat and blackhat , but if somebody would want to give you a present :
his reputable whitehat website which earns the money for years , is old , reputable , serious , has serious clients who are coming there for years , never used blackhat techniques , but making the money.
but you are sick (blackhat illness - blackhat thinking) and you have powerful tools like xrumer , scrapebox , what would you do with that website ? 100000000 backlinks over night like the man in the post above? or would you start to think about creating some small amount of scheduled forum profile backlinks on daily basis or .... that's what I want to know .
I expect serious answer .

You get the Answer:
* Anything that the rules say can't be done.
The thing to watch out for though is that to the people, companies, and websites that make the rules, blackhat is considered the same thing as cheating. If they catch you then you might get penalized or even banned from the places that you depend on to make money.
That's why people say things like:
* White Hat = long term results
* Black Hat = short term results
White Hat sites are typically going to be around for the long haul and make money for years to come as long as they are maintained and updated.
If you use Black Hat techniques and methods too much though you might make some good money in the short term. Probably even more money that would result from the equivalent time put into whitehat efforts. But there's a pretty good chance of the website being banned or whatever method it is being used no longer being effective.
Basically it's a good idea to use blackhat methods to get things started, but also have a few whitehat projects going so that when the blackhat methods run out, your whitehat projects might be coming into fruition. Kind of like stockbrokers recommending a diversified portfolio.

Do what you think is likely to pass under the radar if you really want to, but you just want to be careful with it. The more money it's already making, the less risk you would want to take with it.

The Google approach is basically, "Build it and they will come", which works great in sports-based ghost films but not in the real world. It's an approach that favors the big, long-established sites against any kind of small self-starter. In other words, whether you're whitehat or blackhat, Google deliberately positions itself against you and me.
Unfortunately blackhat as often described here also tends to incorporate what is basically theft - click fraud, ewhoring, that kind of thing.
Perhaps we should come up with different terms so that we're not all lumped into the worst end of things.

Black Hat can, in terms of SEO, get 1000's of links in a matter of minutes, using tools like XRumer.
White Hat should never be underestimated in terms of SEO, because without proper site structure, site linking and content, you will have a hard time ranking for competitive keywords.

I don't completely agree that "blackhat" is short-lived... I have many, many sites that I SEO that are in legitimate business niches (brick and mortar) where I use blackhat techniques that have been very effective and have had long-term positive results.
Of course, I am careful to apply these slowly and steadily (in some cases, not as much)... but still much faster results than pure whitehat.
I think the two can mix perfectly, depending on the level of risk your willing to accept, as GreyWolf mentioned above.

That's a big thing to keep in mind. You're absolutely right, once you start using blackhat methods it won't be a whitehat site anymore.blackhat - one night stand with lots of pleasure & fun often with a painful ending

Of course there's definitely levels. You can be pretty much whitehat and just do a little bit of blackhat link building or you can just totally go all out with blackhat promotions. I think for an established money generating site the former option is more practical than the latter. Either way though it's still adding some risk. If the site is already making some decent money then a decision needs to be made as to how much you want to risk that.
