I can understand having maybe limited-time, approval-based $1.75 e-mail submits. But when a whole network is based on $1.75 e-mail submits, I don't understand how one can think that is a good business decision. I understand how this easily attracts new members to start off the network, but that's not what should have been done.
If one opens a brand new network and starts sending low-quality traffic from the start, how can he think that his advertisers are going to let him keep going? But that's inevitable if the network is open to the public. Keeping the network private for a limited time, accepting only quality publishers, is what should have been done, much like how many sites open in private beta so that when it goes public, there's something worthwhile there. For a network, this is credibility.
But a recipe for disaster was concocted:
1. $1.75 e-mail submits were the focus point of the network.
2. The owner accepted newcomers to help them get involved in CPA.
3. He openly stated he would accept blackhat traffic.
When one posts on a blackhat forum and says he accepts most blackhat traffic, I don't understand how he can think that is a good idea, since the leads are bound to never convert.
But I guess anyone who aspires to be a network owner can take this as a guide of what not to do.

, also while doing so, he took many people down along with him through may be false goals, greed, false ambitions, false statements, etc. and thus deceiving himself and many others through a 100% wrong approach (IMO) ... he could have made a much brighter and better living otherwise, and thus also missed on the opportunity of making a lot of powerful friends in the process.
