After chatting with wnrwnrchickendinner & derik, various pms from other members and info from other sources, this decision was made.
wnrwnr claims that leads send by derik is bad and because of that he did nt get paid from his advertiser. Further he says that he receives numerous warning from his advertisers that traffic was very very poor quality. But it was good from DEC 27 2010 to Jan 12 2011. Even he raised his payout to 2.05.
But on Jan 15th, he says that he could not pay as his leads are bad and sorry for not contacting him sooner. As a affiliate network owner, or any affiliate manager should have informed him before hand that his leads are bad but he also promised him that he would pay from his pocket. If its bad leads why would you encourage him to send more traffic.
In the BH Traffic accepted networks, many will be sending shit traffic and bad leads, but he says that derik is the only one with bad leads. cant believe this, as Affiliate network company owner says its bad leads then its bad, as tos clearly states that payment can be revoked, if leads are bad.
But, I dont think its ethic as only wnr encouraged him to send the traffic even though he knows offer will be promoting through content lock. Further its not fair to hide behind the TOS by not paying for small reasons. So far wnrwnr gave only few members name who got paid by his company. But they have not posted yet in this thread.
We approve these types of official CPA threads keeping in mind that it could benefit some of our memebers, newbies who are struggling to get into affiliate networks. But when it turn this way, we could not resist to remove the thread.
Final conclusion:
1) wnrwnrchickendinner official Thread will be removed.
2) wnrwnr should pay atleast 50% of the amount to derik, as he only encouraged him to send the traffic and promote the offers.
3) wnrwnr also should pay the other members who have not get paid till date.
If this issue was happened outside BHW, we mods wont bother, but his thread was approved by us and his offers were promoted by many of our bhw members, so I insist wnrwnr to take action on the above.
I request other members who got paid by cpadiamond to post their reviews here.

@ wnrwnr This was not personal, my intention was not to bring your thread down, i only wanted to get paid since you kept saying you will until yesterday. you took me off from aim and your network and left me no choice, if not may be we could have resolved this without going through all this.

i stored all of my pms since my creation of my account, and i always always remember the people who are rude to me.

I hope everyone gets their money but personally if I was sending traffic to this guy I wouldn't get my hopes up especially seeing how this dude does business and how he interacts with people.

It was a pretty long read... but all the while I got a feeling that wnrwnr was simply asking the OP to keep moving, keep moving, keep moving... till eternity with a "carrot" in front saying that the OP will sure get paid however. Bad.
From the conversation between them on the blog, it also made clear that the person showed extreme unprofessional attitude while asking/"demanding"/getting OP to keep sending the traffic... then when the pay time came, he was quiet, a "deathly quiet" I would say. Such mouth-gags happen when the matter is very serious (from one end, usually by the person who is supposed to send payment), and it only means that the payment isn't coming thus resulting in major nervous/anxiety moments for the other person. Too Bad!
The other thread opened by wnrwnr now seems like a possible "scam in the making" to me at least.
That JV seems to be a hurriedly pulled off scheme to keep his own network running at all costs -- with the possibility: may be the JV too sinks with it. So is that network failing? (which is a possibility from all the complaints being seen here)...
So I think that the JV possibly has too many risks involved for our members here... the points going against wnrwnr, IMHO, are: Unprofessional approach in dealing with the publisher/s, stops "talking" when it comes to act with maturity (defaults on payments -- possibly he is not paying many other publishers too and running away from duties hiding behind the TOS), and to be honest --- I didn't find wnrwnr's overall conversation with other members on his thread/s too polite or professional... that could be my single opinion, could be wrong, but it gives me a bad feeling that the other JV thread opened by wnrwnr is not going to be great for any BHW members involved in it.
And if that happenes then that would be very very bad... and all these too many "bad's" don't make me any happy about the overall situation where our BHW members' dealing with wnrwnr is concerned. To me, he has done injustice to the OP and some other members, and the JV can go the same way -- down -- and with the major stakes involved in it... hmmm....
So dear Mods, I request you to also consider whether to also allow the continuation of that JV thread any further and to consider if there are risks involved for our members in the proposal, keeping in mind what has happened to the OP and other BHW members here on this thread...

Fair outcome for both parties but Derik should get paid considering he was encouraged sending the traffic. Lets learn and move on.
