Yes you do! You cant use the same card on all accounts! It would simply get closed right away!

Its upto Facebook, which is a lot stricter, to kick you out, or to keep you!

Yes, you should have a new Fb/Adwords account to use the voucher!
And NO, they cant be used in old accounts!

The thing is, the Facebook Ads account must be new, but the facebook account can be of any age!

There is no limit of the amount, but the limitation is, 1 Voucher per account
