Guide to affiliate program selling ethical hacking

I found an affiliate program that seems like a pretty sweet setup, very unique, haven't seen anything like it yet. From what I can tell it's not tiered, so I won't make anything by referring you guys, but I know there are a lot of people on here who can probably do well with this.

Basically it's selling ethical hacking services, but it's done in a pretty unique way. I urge anyone who is interested to PM me, including any moderators and even the admin of the site, this seems pretty cool. They start off at 10% commission and then after a few sales they go to 20%.

So yeah send me a PM and if you can't send a PM reply in the thread and I'll PM you the place to sign up. After they sign you up they send you an affiliate guide that is pretty detailed, I'm not sure if it's against the rules to post the one they sent me but if the moderators are OK with it I'll post it.

The method seems really good, they say something like 90% of websites are vulnerable to some kind of an attack, so that is a very large potential client base.

Interesting post OP. Not sure that "hacking" and "ethical" go together though.

Teenygenie, sure it does, there is a whole certification based on it. Certified Ethical Hacker. Basically they try to break into your system to tell you where the flaws are before the bad guys do. This niche hasn't begun to explode yet, but it will VERY shortly. They seem to be very above board and on the up and up. They post physical contact info and the guy who runs it is usually quick to respond to any emails.

Haha, it's funny because this affiliate program actually has an entry in their terms of service about extortion, it says dont do it... lol... if they get any complaints about extortion they will revoke your earnings and kill the account.

I guess that probably means incentivized traffic is out of the question too, lol.

This seems like a legit program though, they put their physical office contact info right on the site.

LOL. It's good that you don't want to get yelled at by the mods, but in this particular instance you're more likely to get in trouble for asking people to PM you for the link. It's ok to post links, but you're just expected to follow the rules when doing so.

Here's the rule pertaining to posting of affiliate links. You must be a donor to include a link in your signature, but the rest of the rule applies to everyone.

4. AFFILIATE LINKS
Affiliate links are only allowed in the Affiliate Programs section of the forum, or in your signature. This includes links to your websites or blogs which redirect to an affiliate link. If you wish to let people know about a new website or program, create ONE thread in the Affiliate Programs forum and provide detailed info about the program and include 2 links: one affiliate link and one non-affiliate link. You MUST give them the choice to sign up under you or not. Also, do not try to avoid our rules by making a post about an affiliate program you found, where you ask people to PM you for the info. This is no different than affiliate link spam. If we are notified of any violation of these rules, your affiliate link may be removed and an infraction or ban will be given at our discretion.

So you should just post the link in your thread following the format outlined in that section of the rules. If you only have the the non-affiliate link then it's ok to only have one link. If you want to give them an option to sign up under you, then you need to include the two links. Also it's best if you include these type of links within

 tags.

Cool thanks for the info Wolf... yeah I'm not trying to get people to sign up under me, it's not that kind of an affiliate program, I just wanted to let people know it exists because it's unique and a lot of people will probably do well with it. No from what I can tell it's a regular affiliate program, someone makes a purchase you get 10% of the sale.
