Newly created accounts requiring Phone verification

I have created 500 unverified accounts in the past with no problems.

But in the last 2 weeks I created 200 accounts all on different IPs in different locations, and then I used the facebook/invite.php and sent out 200 email invites (nearly all were accepted) and 2 days later, all accounts requested phone verification to get 'enabled' again. Ive never seen this before. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

next time buy PVAs and save yourself some work,but even then you may be forced to reverify the phone number, identify photo friends, or account may die

I had a problem in the past with PVAs, and subsequently set up secret questions, but have not been asked for the answer since I set it up.

Does that pretty much avoid the reverification/photo ID? The photo ID is crazy. I've seen them pick pets and other wacko things. Besides I have over 1000 in my personal account (I play mafiawars :shhh: )
I couldn't recognize 10% of my "friends"

No I didnt, I will make a point of doing that in the future. Would that make a difference in this situation?

setting up security questions and answers will not help you to avoid phone verification. I got the same problem , i open 300 accounts , setup security questions and answers to all and 2 days later all accounts were disabled and if i wanted to rollback i need to do the phone verification thing
all accounts were opened with different ip.
if in near future u find some solution please let me know
