Keyword research.
Competitor analysis (offers, backlinks, keywords).
Basic site setup.
Email management (sorting them into levels of importance) - good way to improve english too.
Build asian websites as a linkwheel (even if they are social media sites). Backlinks are backlinks.

Engrish is only a prerequisite if you are writing the content.
