Today I registered a domain with 900 exact match search according to adwords tool.According to adwords keyword tool the CPC is about $57.

How should I monitize it?(blog or autoblog)

I got the exact keyword in the domain but a few PR4 results are present in the top position with lots of keyword. Will it be harder to get ranked?

Thanks.

Manual quality blog would be the best way to go about monetizing it. If you consistently build links you should come out on the first page within a month, if not sooner.

900 exact search is quite easy to get ranked man do some real seo and put some good content with long tail and ur main keywords in ur site u can create wordpress blog but i suggest wont create autoblog stick with normal wordpress blog with all in on seo plugin , use wire poster plugin there to get ur posts submitted automatically in social bookmark services !

I will tell you my approach... see if you would like to follow it... whenever you are launching a new site, have in mind that you would make it an authority site, that is when it will end up being a decent autoblog :p ... if you think autoblog right from the beginning, you will most probably be casual with it...

Youve got a nice domain, put some good content, do nice on page seo and build links.. try to rank for long tail related keywords, good chances are you will still earn decent money... if i were you i would first think of getting traffic and then see what would be the best monetization methods ;)

Can you guys give me and idea what is the average CPC I will get as adwords tool shows CPC $57 and what it average CTR for a wordpress blog.

Thanks for helping.

$57 CPC means nothing. Not being harsh but it is the truth. $57 CPC does not mean that google will just let you keep like $50 for each click if you build a website today.

What you get from a click depends on a lot of things like :

1) Age of your adsense account
2) Your adsense account history ( is it 100% clean or not )
3) Your traffic source
4) Quality of content.
5) Age of the domain
6) Is the lead generated from your blog converting or not.
7) Is it a white hat site or a black hat site trying to make a quick buck.

These are just a few to begin with. If you start with a nice blog with GREAT content and superb backlinks. You might be making $1-$6 per click. Or else, you will just end up making pennies per click like most of the people on the internet.
