First of all...i like to say you guys think way to much about BMD. nothing is complicated here and some of the guys mentioned wrong when using BMD like never bookmark you money site blah blah.
now i like to say something about me as an aggressive BMD user. i am using it more than 5 months and i played with it different way and i have a good handle of it.
i have more than 100 accounts on each bookmarking site and using 20 private proxy from yourprivateproxy.com
i use it for my own site, my australian local clients site and and for others like Fiverr. My fiverr gig is featured

providing service by using BMD for this gig
so here is couple of tips which i learned by myself while testing different way to make it more successful.
1. you need private proxy to get good success rate. free proxy or shared proxy will get connection timed out most of the time and you will get less success rate.
2. need more proxy for more bookmarking accounts? certainly yes but you skip it if your proxy provider let you randomize your proxy each month. so find proxy provider which let you to do so.
3. buy email accounts and create bookmarking account one by one. you can create 3-5 accounts each day without any problem.
4. when creating accounts randomize username with BMD and put some number after name. one site will reject if you put number which is linkarena.com. so create it separately. or you can skip it as one site doesn't matter if you wanna get more success with combining unique name and number.
5. after creating account. wait 4-5 minute and manually login to email account and check your spam folder and mark those as not spam.
6. let BMD download all your email and process to complete registration. after finishing..have a look which got unsuccessful and go to login to email accounts manually and verify. some sites like digg and bookmarkbuster fails most of the time.
one important things. mixx.com always use your email address as username so you have to manually change. go to manage account in mixx and copy email username and change username and profile according to it.
7. i like to say BMD is not a complete automation tool. why? coz of category. here is the most tricky part. if you don't you account to be ban often and wanna get good success rate..you have to do it manually. a bit leg work but worth it. so don't try to add more site which absolute junk and will get shut down in a near future for sure. i do choose category properly for every bookmarking and i have a good success rate and a few account got ban coz sometimes BMD pick same account again while i use it aggressively for fiverr gig.
8. now comes to preferences which is pretty much self explanatory. if you got 10 private proxy...lower your thread to 5-8. if 20 make it 15 threads. i experiment a lot and i can say by doing this i almost get above 65% success rate.
for human submission behavior the more increase time u choose will bet better. but as i use more than 5 hours each day i choose the default 10-20 seconds.
choose atleast 60 seconds before giving up submission. don't tick other boxes which is below after that like choosing first available category and anti-bot. i hope BMD use understand what i am trying to say.
for proxy section...increase default 60 seconds to 120 seconds for declaring proxy server as dead.
in miscellaneous section tick " i want BMD to autodelete bookmark and user account that have incorrect username and password". if you want more success rate this helps a lot.
in visual aid...i choose decaptch as first and bypasscaptcha as second priority. i do it coz bypasscaptcha is more expensive than decaptcha. decaptcha so far working good for me.
i have lots to say so anyone has any particular question then i would be happy to answer here.
at last not but least BMD is the leader of all social bookmarking tools. it's not perfect but it gets the job done anyway. no other tools as powerful as BMD. i have bookmarkwiz 2 but don't use it anymore.
i hope above mentioned tips will help who is new to BMD. try it, learn it and you will love it

i bought 100 gmail accounts from here. but after few months all gmail accounts didn't work. bad experience. i don't wanna mention his name. i forgive him.
a girl from philipines added me on my YM ( i don't know where she found me as i am a member of various forums) and said that she sell 100 gmail accounts for $18. i gave her a try.
so far everything working like a charm. going to buy 100 gmail accounts again as i am targeting at least 500 accounts as each bookmarking site.

for BMD best choice for e-mails is to create catchall e-mail, which keeps your settings for confirmation and you instantly have gazzilion of e-mails without creating any.
If you are with Bluehost -don't even try to look up to create catchall -they don't provide it,

I'd rather buy throw away domains using catch alls than use gmail, that said since I am new to BMD, how many domains should I buy to create 100 accounts each and should I not host them where my money sites are?
