Thanks for making things a bit more clear but since It is necessary that I also make my end clear here are my responses.

The last is a bonus keyword, so I will not include it in my analysis. As we can all see, 4 of your keywords have less than 60,000 competition pages while the rest 2 were between 230-260,000. Always before I send out keywords, I look at the top 10 competition and make sure that your keywords are one that adhere strictly to what we advertised. I am honest to the core and the last thing I will do is take your money for nothing.
You need to be aware that advertisers only pay for keywords with decent search volume. And we both know that if it has a decent search volume, then it would probably have some competition like the ones with your keyword. For anyone with experience, they know that these keywords, considering their search volume, PPC and Competiton are nothing but gold. You even have a keyword with 8100 searches and only 10,300 pages. I don't know what easy to rank means to you, but I doubt if it can get any easier than this.
2. Response to TLD Availability
At the time I sent your report, I am 100% certain that either a .com, org or net version of your keyword was available. I check all domains for availability of these 3 extensions. Anyone who has ordered this service can testify to this because I haven't sold a single .INFO since we opened. The .INFO that we advertised is only an added value for anyone that for some reasons miss those 3 while registering their domain(for example delaying registration). If I remember correctly, I had to resend your keyword to a new email than you provided during order since you mentioned that you can only access the new email.
I will like to let everyone understand that they should register their domains as soon as they have their reports because we don't have any guarantee over them being available for a particular time duration.
I appreciate your order and review, but I needed to post this so maybe it will save me of addressing same issues with future customers.

Quality = 9/10
The free Amazon keyword looks very promising. High number of searches, no trademarks, good niche, low competition, and the exact domain name is available for .net
The Adsense keyword had a lower number of searches (but acceptable), no trademarks, EXCELLENT CPC, potentially low competition (see below), and the exact domain name is available for .org
For the Adsense keyword, the competition appears to be fairly strong (# BLs and PR); however, I was informed that the competition is only on the front page because Google can't find any better and relevant sites. After digging further, I believe this to be the case and the competition lacked strong on-page SEO. I will be testing both keywords.
Overall = 8/10(more weighting to Quality)
The keyword service seems to provide what it says. Depending on the test outcome, I may have found a good keyword service.

I do tons of keyword research every day for my sites, friends sites and customers sites, and when I see $100+ keywords, and I test them out, they only end up being $5-20 keywords. How do you ensure that this won't happen to me if I test/scout out your service to see what it's like. And your saying that for your keywords, Google will give me 50%? How do you ensure this?
I already addressed this in the thread so I will keep this short.
Me and you both know that no one in this world can guarantee how much exactly a click is worth. So just like anything else in Internet marketing, it is a game of educated guessing. If you have a keyword with a High CPC(say $10) and a Keyword with a low CPC(say $1)...no matter what Google pays per click....be it full price, half price, a quarter or whatever it is, which of the sites at the end of the day will generate more revenue? This is not about exact calculations, but doing the same old things we have always done in a smarter way.
Any smart marketer knows that just like anything else in the world, there are no absolutes.
And if you already find keywords with $100+ why would you need this service?

Question - This is basic research you are selling. I understand having your domain networks set up and now turning your keyword research into a service but what weirds me out is the cost to time of selling out niches to creating high performing networks around them or JVing these out yourself? Wouldn't that pay more in the long run with less work than you using a program or two to find high CPC keywords for a non residual model (such as this)? You have to provide customer service, research, communication etc and you could just use this yourself or JV it out? Why go through this...something about it doesn't make sense.
Please sell me on this service because I could list a few $50+ keywords with low competition rates pretty quickly with already out there tools.

i received my 3 keywords today.
got one bonus amazon keyword.
however, in my eyes, the competition is way to high to be considered as a profitable niche.
for example, there are already other strong onpage optimized keyword.tld (with clickbump...).
though the adsense keywords have about 1000-2400 searches and a cpc from 10-20, im not that satisfied.
the only one which looks promising is the amazon keyword, though the competition in the top 20 is very strong with a lot of backlinks and some even on page optimization.
all in all, i regret buying keywords and should have bought articles for it.

Your review came as nothing but a big shock to me. I still can't believe it actually because your keywords have nothing close to a difficult competition. Can someone look over the competition below and tell me what is competitive about them?
Like i said earlier, before i send out keywords, I look up each and every competition as well as Top 10 to make sure you are getting something that is worth your time.
But anyway, thanks for the review. This time, I will not defend anything or scold you. It has come to my notice that more of these keywords are being sold to noobs that know not their worth or value. And seriously I wouldn't want to do that, NO. I will want these keywords to end up with people that will use them to add increase to their own life.
Like the earlier poster said, offering these Adsense keywords is far too much resourceful than the pay involved. I have decided to restructure things...and I will update the thread.

The service was fast and very straightforward and the OP was very communicative.
One thing though, the exact number of searches mentioned is for "Global Searches" and not for "Local Searches", where I would probably look more at local searches for things that are specific phrases used in the US or more pertinent to the US market, local searches should be considered.
I recommend the service and will definitely use again if everything works out as I plan to put this into action. I'll also be posting my progress these niche sites are having for your benefit.
