Hey guys. I found out about an awesome website today that will tell you whether or not your site is optimized for search engine ranking.
I had quite a few issues with my site being prime for crawling before I went in and remedied them...Now only one persistent problem stand between me and optimal search-engine friendliness. Apparently Two urls lead to the same place, which will dilute my "search juice" or something. I tried to make a redirect but to no avail.
I made sure that when people type my site without the 3 w's they're brought to the version with the w's via a 301redirect
Yet this doesn't fix the issue according to aboutus.
I don't know very much about .html and I've tried everything I can think of for having only one home page destination...I've renamed my index.html file to default.html too.
So has anyone encountered this issue before? how did you solve it? Thanks in advance
