I'm uploading lots of vids to youtube, but on different accounts. Should I use proxy for this? It's just that uploading already takes ages and with proxy it would be even slower. Any ways around this?

I would, I use proxy or TOR for just about everything now.

If you have a dynamic IP, just reconnect to the internet and you have a new IP address.

You can use private proxies they will be faster than Tor or public proxies

I use proxies most of the time..but when I have little patience, I just unplug my wireless card and re-plug it back in...for a new ip address.

Or you can visit your local "free internet" coffee shops and use their IP's. This way, you can upload your "sexy girl" vids AND meet some real sexy girls. Just a thought.

Definitely use it, since if they will want to ban one of your videos, they will be able to track all the other accounts and vids too.

Better be safe than sorry

But you have to pay for private proxies right? I sadly not have the possibility to change my ip by unplugging the account. I have the same IP for about 5 years :( My provider sucks. But I will try the tubemogul trick.

http://proxy-list.org has some pretty good ones. They have a VIP section where you can buy a month password for $10. The proxies that I've gotten have been great and pass my tests when I put them through a strict checker.

Also, they're refreshed wuite frequently and you can choose your settings for the precise types you want.

( I am in no way affiliated with http://proxy-list.org. I just use their proxies and I think theyre pretty good)

Hope this helps!

Yeah, I could use some stable proxies. The worst thing is when I try to upload through youtube, it takes about 15 minutes for a video and in the end it turns out the proxy has disconnected and everything is lost :( How do I find a stable proxy? I used apekillape tactics for getting proxy lists but they still are unstable and become unusable very quickly!

Hello guys,
i am not trying to hijack the thread but.. what happens if you upload tons of vids to youtube from the same ip address from a Latin American country with hundred different accounts??

If youtube does not like your videos..or you try to upload a couple thousand as fast as you can (not sure which got me) they will block your ip. Actually you get back "402 Payment Required" header ;)

You won't actually be able to view videos or what? I think I had that sort of thing for firefox, I just tried IE and everythign went fine

I think that I could view videos (I have flashblock and flash does not load unless I click it...and I did not click any.....but the page would load). I could not get to login page or to any user pages...just blank page. I tried on FF3 and Opera.

I wrote a program that does something similar to what conquestyoutube offers. Downloads vids from youtube, processes the vids (mine watermarks and adds to beginning and end) and then uploads the vids.

I upped about 3500 vids up before I was blocked. I had to change the mac address in my router and then renew the ip and then I was back in business ;)
