*SICK* ScrapeBox Method for Finding & AUTOMATICALLY GETTING Your Competitors Backlinks

Anyone bin able to automate this scavenger hunt?

Find random spammed blogs, extract all links on blog, check backlinks on the extracted links, do a blog analyzer, remove all failed, save the complete list.

Hrm... is it just me or is this data not compiling correctly into SB?

No matter what, I can't get the same data as when I search by hand in Google. I get about 15% of the total # of URL's when using the site: command in SB.

sorry, I think i misread or cant get my head around this one. I read it 10 times :):

In my version of SB you can choose google, yahoo, bing, and aol for the harvest, so why this next step:

Because google and bing pull up the links using -

link:

While yahoo uses

linkdomain:

That is why you need to do it in two steps, impossible to do in one.

Thanks for sharing your tips man. But there is already a software called Backlinks Parser which does everything on autopilot + it passes Yahoo's 1000 url's limit.

How is the software better then SEO Spyglass? Obviously its a lot cheaper, but does it have as many analytics built into the program or other features?

Thanks for this technique. Going to give it a try tonight. looks very promising.

i need some help..

when i type site:domain.com in google i get close to 5780000 results for a particular domain but the same command in custom footprint in SB gives me only 1800 to 2100 results..

i know i am doing something wrong but dont know what ?

thanks

Some times Google won't show you the exact search result counts. Just add &start=990 at the end of the URL in the address bar to get the correct count. What SB shows you is the actual indexed pages count.

ok.. this is the site.. sorry if it belongs to anyone here :(

gifts.com.. so i tried site:gifts.com in both google / SB

so you mean site:gifts.com&start=990 -- thats yields no results in google / SB

I also noticed that google shows more results without "www."

This method doesnt work for me.

I have 404 error. Anyone here have the same problem?

I am using a proxy from SB harvester.

Really nice tips. I saw these methods in a video blog. Very cool..

great it works like a charm, do u suggest any other Sb plugin thats worth it?

Hi

this method works wonders and I love Crazyflx threads

I am facing a problem though.....after I make a list of the auto approve urls, I want to post on all the inner pages of these auto approve blogs

when I use site: command after trimming these to root domain,I get 3-5 pages per blog only

Example:I did a blast today, got 600-700 auto approved blogs

then I trimmed them to root, removed the duplicate domains and then I was left with around 200 blogs(all different domains)

I used the site: operator on these and reached about 1000 pages only

Am I doing something wrong, normally auto approve blogs have anywhere between 50-100 auto approved pages in them??

thanks
Ankur

You can use Sitemap scraper addon to scrape all pages of a site even if they are not indexed in Google/Yahoo. But this will work only for those sites which have a sitemap (most of them do have though).

Thanks for the reply but when I am using this addon then I am getting an error

"None of your imported urls are links to xml or axd files"

I am using sites such as http://www.site.com

Should I use something else for this addon

Can somebody explain this...sorry if this is a newbie question :o

thanks
Ankur
