PR5, three letter .org domain name

I have a 10 year old, 3-letter .org, PR5 domain.

It is parked right now. I have seen people on Fiverr selling links on their blogroll. Any other suggestions?

That's a good idea.

However, I'd say sell it as unless you know what are you doing. Developing a three letter domain isn't going too easy. And once you develop it you can lose some potential customers who want to develop it themselves.

However, if you develop it and find customers after, you can make a lot more. Still it takes time.

It's up to you really.

I was thinking about developing it or even a paid links directory. The name isn't really an acronym for much and it's also a .org so not sure what niche to use if I wanted to develop it.
