actually , you will need only 1 php page. that page will create rss. and you will echo rss through that php page. you can get your rss by using jquery on html page... anyway, there is no chance to create rss through html without a dynamic script.

im was thinking about this myself , would it work if you burn a feed at feedburner , join it with your twitter & bookmarks there then ping the feed every time you update ?
