I've not been affected by the thread in any way, yet I think such people should be totally banned. Why?

1. Not only it's against the forum rules, with ppl like OP advertisers lose a lot of money. Among those advertisers it could be you and Me.

2. It's not blackhat, its plain fraud to click ads like that.

3. The OP will get newbies banned from adsense, so it's a risk to those who don't understand adsense completely, yet.

So, Do you guys think he should be Banned?
