In my personal opinion, this link probably isn't worth it, but if you want to do some due diligence, you could look into the link campaigns and results of people who have already purchased a link. Put some of the URLs linked from that page into Yahoo! Site Explorer and Google for relatively accurate back link estimates. Compare them to SERPs for each specific keyword.

This is excellent advice. I've done this exact thing to check on prospective links and most of the time when there's crap links involved, it just didn't seem worth it. I doubt if this page will be any different.

You can still get good traffic with a low PR site, but that doesn't mean PageRank doesn't mean anything.
