It's all fine now. At present the turn around time is 7 business days and if you don't receive the reports in 7 business days, you will get your money back and we get the work done as well. So, there's nothing to worry now.

Update :

Our client management tool is giving us all sorts of trouble in creating/updating tasks. Automated emails doesn't function too. We used to pay more than 100 bucks each month to use this tool and it seems its getting wasted now.

We have decided to stop using this tool and operate without using this option.

Important : If you have orders under progress, and if you happen to see unclosed tasks in this tool, this is because we are unable to update them. All projects are going on as per schedule and reports will reach you within the promised turn around time.

Is that a guarantee moving forward? I'm happy with my report and that I built in a buffer schedule that could handle any disruptions, but I was worried I couldn't order in the future without expecting lag time.

Yes, that's a guarantee. And there won't be any lag time for future orders.

Earlier, we used to accept orders as and when they come through. But now we have limited the number of orders we take each day. That way the workload is being managed very well.

Quick Update :

1. jamesbelaugh, thanks for your order. We will start working on your order from tomorrow ( 24.01.2011)

2. All slots for 24.01.2011 are already gone. Any new orders that comes in will start only from 25.01.2011.

3. As many clients had issues in receiving our reports, we have decided to upload all new reports somewhere and will send the download links across. That way your mail servers won't block this mail due to huge attachments.
