The Google Shuffle.
I have a site that is about a year old and it was doing the same thing. I think it's just a google update. My site went from #7 to #2 behind Amazon for my main keyword for almost the entire month of December. Then it dropped to page 8 for a week and is now back on page 1 after the latest update.

Just keep doing what you've been doing and it will be back up at the top again.

also make note this is an ecommerce site the only way to add new content is adding new product

During my freelancing days, one of my client had the same problem.
Solution: Get a wordpress setup in /blog directory, keep posting about your site, updates whatever. You will get new pages. Do not forget to link the blogposts to your moneypages! Remember, link juice flows within the site too, so why waste it?
