[GET] Facebook Reveal Code! DOUBLE YOUR LIKES!

thanks OP, I was just thinking I'm going to have to learn the fbml hooks for just this purpose, guess I can put that off cause of you :)

My bad, I messed up. I did not look close enough. I thought you had an image and link outside the visible-to-connection. I was wondering why you were closing the fb:else with the /, now I know. So it would of been Stop.jpg on the outside, not between the else's, I need to look closer next time.

Hello all,

We apologize for not messaging this earlier. Facebook recently made a change requiring that Pages be authenticated before enabling the ability to set a landing tab beyond Wall or Info. To be eligible for authentication, a Page must have greater than 10k fans or the Page admin must work with their ads account manager. If you are already working with an account representative, please contact that representative to begin the authentication process. If you do not work with an account representative, you can use this contact form to inquire about working with an account representative.

Also, for advertisers who don?t have a representative or 10k fans, and want to run ads and land users on a specific tab, you can still do so with standard Facebook ads by making their Destination URL as the URL incl. your tab. Unfortunately, this currently will not work with "Fan" ads.

Thanks,

Did you read the entire thread before posting this? If you would have it would not be here.

Where? Be specific. I'm getting old. All I know is that it works. with an external style sheet and this way. everyone can take their pick. But please let me know. If I have an additional, unnecessary piece of code in there let's get it out. thx

@facebookdude Hopefully we can learn something while we're having fun or vice versa. Obviously you haven't seen another post of mine where I took a subtle poke at you :)

Do you read every post in every thread before posting?

Sounds like you're an expert and a Facebook insider. I anxiously await your next share. Maybe you can bring us up to speed.

Not a problem. It wouldn't be the first time i screwed something up. It's a lot of stuff to look at. I probably should name the images "click-like.jpg" and "welcome-aboard.jpg" that would probably help make sense of everything too.

Your contribution is appreciated! :D

As a matter of fact I do. Just don't pay attention to most of the back slapping. This way I do not post something that is not true or only half the truth. F B had the issue fixed not long after the screaming started. It may slow me down and I may not learn as much as the next guy but what I do learn I learn better than the next guy. If I had not already followed the link to facebook I would have thought your post was true since no one disputed it.

For those that are sending PM's to facebookdude..... find another line of work. If you can not read through this thread and get the thing working you are in the wrong business. I am new at F B and I figured it out and no I do not have a computer programming degree or training for that matter.

Nice post man :) Yeah it is dead easy to set up, members should just post here if they can't figure it out!

This code is great, some people are rather dumb on Facebook and need nice graphic banners telling them what to do.

Could you do a banner that says 'thank you don't forget to invite your friends'?

I think this would add some more value to your useful post.
