Hmm.. I noticed a huge drop in traffic. Looks like facebook removed all my wall posts the app made (but didn't delete the app itself) that had bit.ly links. I tried doing more wall posts with bit.ly links and they wouldn't go through. Using another short URL site, it works fine.

Wonder what's going on... anyone else seeing this?

Bit.ly always does it. If they see all your urls going to the same place they just make you only have one url.

I think you misunderstand or i fucked my post up, was in a rush but wanted everyone to know and see if anyone else is having this problem.

FACEBOOK removed all my wall posts that had bit.ly links. The links still work, they just don't show up on facebook. When i tried posting a bit.ly link using my apps, they wouldn't go through. I changed to another short url and the messages did go through.

It's no secret that FB doesn't like bit.ly links

Well, I did get away with using them for over a month. Total # of clicks on my bit.ly links is over 200k.

Guess I'll set up my own short urls for now on. Should have in the first place but was to lazy. With the money I make, it was actually extremely stupid of me to use bit.ly in the first place :o

Right, you should always use your own.

Just buy a bunch of $1 .info's

I already have 40+ domains I used for a past non facebook project. These should come in handy :)

Yup this happens to me too.

40 domains?
imagine if you have 40 autoblog/micro niche site for that domain...

getting you own domains is the way to go....buy .infos they are like cheap
