2500 daily visitors but not a single adsense click

Hey there!

I own a website about a popular video game, and I am getting around 2500 unique views every day. All of the content is pulled from other websites, but it's mostly just youtube videos.
The problem is, nobody ever clicks on the ads. I'm using the prosense theme, but it doesn't seem to help.
I mean, out of 2500 views I would think I should get at least a couple of clicks, but I'm getting nothing.
What should I do to monetize this traffic?

And limit the content on each page. Don't make the pages look crowded with videos.

Change the placement of the ads and also i think that most of the visitors are from mobile still you can add adsense plugins for mobile and place ads for mobile visitors also so that you may get some clicks...

Almost 100% of my traffic comes from google searches, and doesn't look like coming from any mobile devices.

You are probably right with the crowding, but I'm not really sure how to fix that.

Could anyone recommend a good theme that I could use to make it look more professional? Right now the website looks way too messy and unorganized.

Try themeforest themes specially designed for video sites...

change colors, put the ads next to the video, add a description and make the ads look like part of the video description

You have to blend the ads. Change your ads arrangement and try to get away from just banner ads. Maybe text ads as well. They make me a lot of money.

you can tweek your ad placements,and look for some themes..

move your ads to above or to the left of the video. use at least 300 width, prefer 336 width.

Could be because of the following?

1. Unrelated ads? may be no ads related to your site
2. Bad ad placement
3. Improper ad positioning or not blending the ads into content?
4. Use of ad blocks that dont perform, 336 X 280 square does the best.

Try changing these, just might help

Sometimes, having less clutter on the site might actually help conversion. So, if you have too many videos and ads; that turn people off. Just my 1cent!!

Mix it up

I mean, you may have all content on left and ads in a sidebar on the right, for example. Then people look at the content and ignore the ads, try to put the ads in a place they are harder to ignore

If you have ads that are totally isolated from the content, then you wouldn't get a single click. It's better if you add text ads in between your content like video's description. And also try CPM ad networks to benefit from the traffic instead of relying on only adsense. I had problem similar to you in the beginning, then I had to play around with the layout of the site to make it better.
