Getting mobile phones free from contract?

Uh, what? The phone is "subsidized" by the contract. If you want a 'free' phone go with some prepaid service where you pay like 30$ for the phone and it comes with minutes.

Fake name address VCC my friend how?

Very grateful if anyone can post instructions how to get phone free without paying the contract.
Er not using home address of course.

I dont think this can work - if I am understanding you right.

Yeah I bought an at&t refurb prepaid phone that would normally retail for over a hundred if it wasn't a refurb but I only paid $35. It came with A $25 prepaid card along with an extra $10 in minutes if you activated it within a week, so it was really free.

I looked into seeing if I could order a bunch and resell them, but I think at&t limits it to only a few per household.

The refurb looked like a brand new phone, by the way.

I assume you've purchased a new phone with contract, right? If you have, you would know they take down a lot of information. They run a credit check, if your credit is too poor they will require a deposit. This deposit is usually 400$ or so. If you terminate the contract they will usually take 175-275$ as an early termination fee. Either way, they get their cash for that new phone.

You people rock. Like me ha ha.
But no BHnoobz I have not purchased a phone.
I want to try and get a free phone without paying the contract so I have to sign up for contract but of course its with VCC and not my address.

well maybe it works differently in britland. in the us and a , you fill out an application with some personal details. they use your SS# to check your credit. they will also use that ss# to enforce the contract should you default on the payments..
