Legal Question??

Okay here is my question - now when taking a key word lets say some one famous! Is it legal for me to dominate that keyword and bring that traffic to my site or am i not allowed to use their name in any manor.
lets say ac dc taught guitar lessons can I get in trouble for put a site or what ever up and saying why have washed up has bins teach you when you can have whoever do it ?????????

hey thanks for the reply just using ac/dc as a reference i would never put them down guess i will just use free throw away sites and drive them to my main site then if there is a problem they will have to prove that it was me doing it!
