Or two, you may have genuinely not received your report. But if this is the case, there is another way, besides publicly announcing yourself to be a retard, to fix a problem like this.

I have bad feeling about ordering from this guy again.

I just think he do want to earn some money whatever cost is.

In my mail i have only one link - link where i paid - i didn't get any word or report or pm to explain deley.

So I pm moonlighsunligh asking him to send me his paypal email so I use it to track the order in my system and his reply is just

it is too late.

you didn't send me report.

Now I was able to track the payment and the order

If you have low post count - this "honest" scammer will treat you like shit - as you can see from examples bellow.

Why wouldn't he. Because low post count means that he can do whenever he like and everybody will automatically thi nk that the member with low post count is lies. He is lying about my order as i never received (not before - not now).

so my site got ranked amongst top 20,30 just dancing around there a bit,

when i ordered this, 5days after i got report, my site is now #5, and 116/322 links are indexed, only after 5 days!

I don't have pending orders before Jan 15. Maybe the report went to your spam folder.

Paypal gives buyer/seller different transaction ids, Please open a support ticket in the client area so I can track your order.

As for moonlight. He is not communicating with me properly so I can't help him. But I think he is the one who have an email on a parked domain to he doesn't get emails.

A mix of both. Link to the domain using the main keyword which should be in the domain already. And link to inner pages using secondary keywords which would be in page url and title and h1 tags.

On-page SEO is so important so you have to take care of that as well because links to irrelevant pages won't be of a great help.
