Shall I change the Language?

Sorry, I didn't know where to post this:

I wanted to ask you if you can help me.
This is my website:

It's in Persian and I don't know if it's profitable to change the whole website into English and write about Music in English.
the content in my website doesn't interest people outside Iran it's mainly a download site with some interviews with Iranian Singers so If I want to change the language I have to delete the wordpress installation and install a new one and change the whole content.
But I still don't know which micro niche and keyword I have to chose for this domain.
and one more thing: I realized that I have a Website in Persian and as you know, Iran is Sanctioned by the US so I can't profit from any CPA,CPC, etc. ways.
So I thought if I change it into English and write unique content it would maybe be successful.
What do you think shall I change it into English and delete all the past Posts?

I checked out the site in english.. nice.. your problem is where its hosted.. Iran. You need to change that too to try profit from this.

Well I bought the host from Iran but the Host is in the US.

Your best option IMO would be make several copies for the website and use sub domains...

es-music21st.com = spanish
en-music21st.com = english

and etc etc etc
