Good at SEO/Software Promotion? Earn $$$$

It went through a long development process because I had to change my coders thrice. However the software is completed and ready to be launched. I am looking for a partner who is good at SEO or other software promotion techniques. Also note that I am not running an affiliate program and you won't need to build your own sales page, all traffic can be sent to the main sales site and earnings will be split 50/50.

About the software, its not SEO related and targets the general public. Priced at $24.99 to $289.99 depending on the license type. Earning potential seeing the software market is pretty decent in four to five figures.

I received a couple of offers claiming that they can hit the 1st page on google e.t.c and once the deal is final, they disappear.

You need to invest in any case, unless the partner you are looking for isn't going to shell out the money from his own pockets or you are partnering up with somebody that does it all by himself (unlikely, I'd say). SEO is time or money consuming.

Plus, keep in mind that if the kw is hard and the domain new you will have to wait some time, a month at least, but probably more.

I believe its fair enough that if one partner is providing the product along with sales site and related investments then the other one should be responsible for providing SEO services and any possible investments, thou most SEO experts would be self-contained with resources and can operate without putting any additional money for the project. Remember, its a 50/50 JV.
