Are you asking how to do it manually or how to pay someone? Manually is the best way to go, outsourcing will cost too much and give you no real return. Outsourcing will probably be $10-$15 / day for everything. Manually will be 1-2 hours of your time. I just really don't understand what you are asking us, or rather why you are asking it.

If you have some money why not look at creating some web 2.0 pages then purchase a 1000-10,000 Xrumer or scrapbox blast, the wont be found by the search engines at the same time so in effect the new links found by the search engines would be spread over a few weeks

Well with x and scrapebox you can scrape/find urls to blast with any extension so also .de

I guess with amr its mostly english...

With i small budget i really recommend scrapebox to start off with.

Yes it can be done manually but be prepared to work. 12 links for 100 sites every day is work. You should also search for forums which have signature links and post on them. Get the No******** add on for FireFox to make sure they are ******** links.

OP scrapebox is not illegal... spamming through tool is considered bad... No tool itself is legal or illegal only use of it...

Since you are going to make only 12 links per day... You can create 1 blog daily, can submit 1 article daily, do few blog commenting on relevant niche, few forum profile, 1 press release every week... There are lots of other options and it's always good to have as many variations as possible...

doing it for 10 domains might be a little exhausting if you are not already aware of a few link sources.my tip is to gather some link footprints and then build on it.there is an e-book called seo footprints.it has been shared in bhw,make use of it.

you can write 12 articles/day and put linkback that article to high PR site like mydigitallife info.

reason is:
1. high PR indexed more by google
2. you'll get xtra traffic.

so,

12 * 10 = 120 articles/day.
