Right now I have access to alot of High PR links.

Is it worth my time? or Just get quantitative links. From epxencice what helps more. Qaulitive or?

You need both High PR, relevant links in combination with quantity of low PR relevant links. The most important is you need to get them naturally

I don't think the term "naturally" means anything. Long-term yes. But even a short burst of links will only cause dance. What about new blog posts that get hit sensations? :)

I do High PR to my site, and use low spammed PR for the link wheel, and for indexing purposes, and tier's 2-3.
Otherwise, relevant links are good for whatever source, and whatever of an PR they have.

I think high PR links are more helpful and also some relevant links.
The relevant links may from high PR or low PR sites.

the PR links is also useful for google rank.for me .i refer high pr links

Worth your time --- that question depends on a lot more factors than all those PR links.

Quality links for your direct backlinks, quantity backlinks for secondary indirect backlinks, so you need both.

I think, although you have stated that you have access to alot of High PR links, most probably they are not so huge amount to cause you wondering should they are worth your time. I would say get the high PR ones and continue getting the rest that probably will take you more time.

You need a few high PR authority backlinks (sitewide or at least main page is better) to get trust, and many low-authority low PR to get relevancy for keywords. High-authority ones even don't need to have anchor text, they are needed only to make google trust low-authority ones.
At least this is my experience.

High autority links and if is possible from the same niche as yours
