I've been wondering how to get the reciprocal links working.

He means that, the links html file which is a page of reciprical links back to a some of the directories isnt in the rar file. So use that links page to create your own by copying and pasting the html. Name the File links.html, upload it to your root and the use yourdomain.com/links.html as the recip url! EZ Peezy!
