How Do I Create Hits To My Website Using Facebook Effectively For Free

I am new to all this so if I posted a Question that is not supposed to be here please E-Mail me and let me know and I shall be more careful next time but I would really like to know. Any help on my question would be great, I need to know how to do things like generating friends along with hits to my web site quickly and be able to suggest to them my website without violating facebook rules.I know that you can just make a tinyurl and then try adding friends but it is very slow and takes way too long besides I do not like tagging people in the mass to try to create hits for my site that is not something that I like to happen to me and I do not want to do that to others either. Can anyone help me on this one please ?
