Secret method for getting high PR backlinks and traffic

Get high PR, permanent, multiple backlinks!!

Are you looking for places where you can get backlinks
and traffic for your website? If so, this report is for you! I
stumbled upon this method of getting backlinks and traffic
quite by accident.

One website that has always interested my husband is the
site xxx weatherunderground com, which is also known
as "wunderground", and which also uses the domain xxx. wunderground. com. This is a site where a person plugs in the name of his/her city or zip code and can access the weather forecast as well as current conditions and
temperatures.

I realized recently that wunderground now has blogs. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of blogs there.
Weather Underground and it's alternate name "wunderground" are PR 6 websites. Once a user has signed up to the "wunderground" system he or she can post blog entries, participate in chat, post photos, comment on others'
blogs, and any number of other "community" type stuff.

Users can customize their profiles and include photos and links to their websites. Users automatically have a blog of their own to use on the site once they sign up.
Not everyone uses the blogs for weather reporting, either. Quite a few of the weather underground users use their blogs for other purposes or to post personal diary type entries. These blogs are hosted on a PR 6 website; I would think that this must give the blogs significant weight in the
blog arena.

When a user makes a comment on another's blog, he or she is allowed to post links as well as images. Lots of "blog commenters" post images; it seems to be the "thing to do" on wunderground. Images posted can be made "clickable"
and can go directly to your website. You will need to enter the required information for the image (the system will walk you through this part) and before you actually post your comment, you will need to add the HTML to make the image clickable.

Once you have elected to post your image on the comment,
you will see HTML code like the following:

You would then simply add the directions for making the image clickable:

The entire thing would look like this (before posting comment):

These blogs are ******** and will get you permanent, high PR backlinks!! When I checked my backlinks and saw the wunderground blogs listed, I noticed something peculiar that's also very, very valuable. It appears that the
blogs are "split" into geographical areas and each one has it's own URL. When checking my backlinks, all of a sudden I had links from greek.wunderground.com, espanol.wunderground.com, polish.wunderground.com, deutsch.wunderground.com, and numerous others, eventhough I didn't specifically visit these domains. I also
have more backlinks from "wunderground" than comments
made; not sure why. I believe that most of these geographical URLs are subdomains of the weather underground system, but I do know that I gained backlinks from two actual domains; xxx.wunderground.com, and
xxx.weatherunderground.com I began to post comments on people's blogs that pertained to the subject they wrote about. (Not everybody writes
about the weather.) Sometimes I'd use a clickable image,
and sometimes just anchor text leading to my website.

I have received quite a bit of traffic from doing this. I have
also received friendly emails from people whose blogs I have commented on. The culture at Weather Underground seems to be that having multiple comments made to your blog is a positive thing; some user's friends post cute
photos and simple "hellos" on a daily basis.

Dr. Jeff Masters' blog is extremely popular. His blog posts get 1,000 comments or more each. This is a very good blog to comment on, because it is highly popular. However, I should warn you that you need to use links here very, very carefully. Dr. Masters, one of the Wunderground founders,
doesn't like spam of any kind, including links that do not pertain. He has his own TOS for his blog. If he catches a user "spamming", he will gag them for 24 hours. If the spamming continues, he will ban them. I was gagged at
one time because the link I left went directly to my site, where I have items to sell. Since then, I have created a page on my website that is an
"about me" page in which I show a map to the area I live,
have some pics of the natural beauty here, and a few more pieces of "trivia" about who I am. This is the page I link towhen I post comments on wunderground blogs.

I also have clickable images at the bottom of this page to pages on my site where I do sell things, so that I can get some targeted traffic from this method. However, my "about me" page has kept the wunderground bloggers from resenting my comments on their blogs, and even has gotten
me some new online acquaintences.

One thing that I will be doing in the future, especially on Dr. Master's blog,
is posting my comment as usual, and then using a clickable image like the following in order to place my "backlink" on the site. This picture is a real
picture of a real weather pattern out on the coast in my area that my husband took:

This will save me from being gagged on blogs that have specialized TOS, like Dr. Masters', and I will gain the backlink I was looking for, as well as traffic from other people reading the blog. On other blogs, I will continue to
use my "Angela from Aberdeen" hyperlink, which does get me traffic.
When I was gagged on Dr. Master's blog, the uproar got me a good spike in traffic, and my link remained. This proves the old adage that there is no bad
publicity. However, I personally don't wish to cause a problem on Wunderground and I appreciate the high PR backlinks I am getting, so I like to keep things friendly on that site.

Update: Because I have been making multiple comments using my link in many different blogs, my links don't show in my comments anymore. It is apparent that I am under a "moderated" status. The links I have placed in previous
comments still get me backlinks, however.
My user name still shows with a link going to my profile on the site. My
website is still linked in my profile in a "recommended links" section and I haven't lost any of the backlinks I gained previously from the site.

If you use this method for backlinks, I'd recommend only
placing a couple of links in the "comments" section, so that you don't face being moderated; although you will still have the same weight of backlinks regardless. I am still allowed to make blog entries, in which I can make
"clickable" images with a link going to my website.
Thisalso gives me valuable backlinks to my website. You can

I can also make comments on my own blog, and my links are left intact. For a ******** blog system, this is handy information.
You may choose to simply set up a Wunderground blog of
your own and only use that for your backlinks.
Both methods work well and will get you valuable backlinks;
however having your own blog will keep you from being moderated and having your links removed, and you can put links into your own comment section.
For traffic purposes, you can set up your profile and put your website into the "recommended links" section.
You can then comment all over the place...on any blog that interests you (using caution with links). People, out of curiosity or the drive to make new friends, will click on your profile and probably have a look at everything you've
got there, including your links. If you post interesting pictures, you will be all that much more popular on the site, which will net you that much more traffic.

When used correctly, Weather Underground can give you high PR, valuable backlinks for your website as well as website traffic.
I am happy to have been the "tester" so that you don't make the same mistakes I made and find yourself moderated like I am; although my backlinks are still intact.
Other valuable backlinks If you are in the health, fitness, or weight loss niche,
another valuable place to get high PR backlinks to your site is Obesityhelp.com. My husband is a post operative weight loss surgery patient, and I have a page on my site that hosts his "before" and "after" pictures. He put a link to this page on his profile on Obesity Help and ever since that time, I have had a backlink from Obesity Help. Obesity Help is a PR 5 site, and anyone... pre, post, or non-op is allowed to have a profile there. There are also message boards on the site where users can place a link in their signature lines.

Because my husband was the biggest user of the site in our family, I am not sure about the rules for links in signature lines; however another weight loss surgery website, LapBandTalk. com, allows commercial links in signature
lines. LapBandTalk has a PR of 3 and 22,039 members. At any one time, there are an average of 750 people online at LapBandTalk.

Another place you can get backlinks from is one of the largest "discussion of religion" forums online. (There are boards for just about every kind of discussions, not just religion. Pretty much all types of religions are represented, although this is known as the "Christan Forums".)
Called foru.ms, this site doesn't allow links in signature lines, but
allows links to your homepage in your profile. Your profile is very similar to the type of profiles allowed at MySpace and can be completely customized by you.
You can add links, photos, cool backgrounds...pretty much anything you'd like. Profiles get a lot of views, and your link is ********.
Your profile then "follows" you with each post you make, and each post you make gives you another backlink from that domain. The site has a PR of 2. People discuss pretty much everything here; not just religion. This forum has an average of 2500 people online at any one given time.

Where you did wrong is ASKING for +rep and thanks when you just steal content and call it a "secret method" and you make the post saying it is YOUR personal experience. Therefore your post is wrong titled, since its not a secret.

Also, the link which you describe in "your secret method" do not count as "high pr backlinks". Mostly they are PR 0 or PR n/a links. Just because the root domain is a high pr, doesn't mean the profile page will count as a high pr page.

This is where you went wrong.

First of all you should give attribution. Although you don't "claim" it is your original idea the fact that you do not attribute it to it's author leads people to think that it is your original idea.

Secondly, you selected text, copied and then pasted it here. Is that worth thanks+rep?

Thirdly, you say it's in the spirit of sharing, but you ask for rep - that's not sharing that's a transaction. Uncool, dude. If it's useful people will thank you.

Finally and most importantly, with no attribution and thus the inference that it is your NEW and original idea, people may waste time on a method that has been saturated to shit and is no longer working. If you gave attribution along with some idea of when this method worked and your experience with it, then great, that is useful. But the fact is I doubt you have even done this yourself. If you have give us your experience and you will be repped and thanked.

Although the whole post is worthwhile to read, I will just focus on this point. Hopefully this will help people understand how to add quality contributions to BHW.

If you are just going to copy/paste, send us a link, because the original source material will say it better than you. People put a lot of work into developing new methods/ideas, and we should be given the chance to reward that person.

Contributions don't always have to be original, but source should always be cited whenever possible. Especially in a case like this where the formatting of the copy is so bad, it makes it near worthless.

Lol at the terms "secret" and "high PR". I dont consider profile links or blog comments to be even remotely "secret". And I don't consider a PR N/A profile on a PR 3 domain to be "high PR". Furthermore, Wunderground gives no follow links, so it's useless. Obesity Help does give do follow links and the domain is PR 5 so I suppose that one is solid though, so thanks for sharing that one with us
