Hi,
I'm new to CJ and I just start using an account since 2 months now in two websites.
I got too many impressions and some clicks but ZERO leads!
For example in the last 7 days I got more than 140 clicks but no lead.
I make the offers in banners (with rotate banners using a simple php script) and all the leads are too simple and doesn't need CC (just signe up for example).
For test, I already made a CPA lead in another computer but I don't see it in my account.
What I'm doing wrong ? And when CJ start counting the leads ?
Cheers.

Sounds like you may be running submit offers which are known to be heavily shaved/scrubbed. Also, CJ isn't known as one of the better places to send your traffic to anyway.

Besides the things I mentioned above, there's a number of different reasons why leads don't get credited which is why you always want to be split testing both the offers, and the networks you push your traffic to.

What are those different reasons ?

Bump! Any idea?
I think the issue is with the shortner goo.gl that I'm using in all the CPA offers.
Does the referral URL have to be one of websites listed in my Cj account or can it be a different one (not listed in CJ account) ?

Dude Redtide answered your question above I believe he's right . It has nothing to do with url shortner just apply and try offers from a different network in your site or if u want i dont mind doing a joint venture with you since i have a few accounts in networks i am not active in. PM me ur instant messenger id if interested and we can work something out.

I believe this is an issue with CJ system.
I just logged into my account and used the contact form to ask the support, after that I got this email :
