This "free energy/water powered engines" scam stuff surfaces every time there is a spike in the cost of gas. It's been going on for decades. The scammers come out to get people to buy their books and plans. Too bad no independent labs, universities, or other organizations have verified the claims. The only evidence boils down to a few random people claiming it works as they try to gather investors. Eventually they are sued for fraud and disappear. Scammers always explain this as the evil energy companies killing off everyone. at:

The water powered energy is actually gaining in power and is very plausible. But come on.

You will never get energy for free. Never. Anyone with a basic knowledge of physics will tell you that such a perpetual motion machine is impossible. Even if you could bend the laws of physics or maybe exploit another universe to generate energy, the cost of doing so would be way too high and out of our reach for at least several more millenia.

Lol they would probably sell the right to the water to some companies (the water thats underground, w/e its called in english) And you would pay for the water what you pump from your own back yard. And probably end up in jail if you make " illegal" pump station.
