Deposit checks online?

Is it possible for non-US citizens to deposit checks online? I know that some US banks offers their costumers to deposit their checks by either scan them with their scanners or taking a picture of them with their phones, unfortunately these services (at least the ones I have found) only seems to be available to US citizens.

I think it is possible to deposit checks online for non US citizen. All of the rules are same as both citizen and non citizen.

chase has an app that will let you take a photo of the check on your phone and deposit it. i think b of a does this now too.

I can't post links but search for USAA / Chase / PayPal + iPhone app / deposit checks online on Google.

I think it is possible to deposit checks online for non US citizen. All of the rules are same as both citizen and non citizen.

The PayPal app doesn't work outside US. I haven't tried any of other banks iPhone apps but it seems to be pretty hard to open a US bank account for non-US citizens.
