Hey guys,
I'm pretty new to ScrapeBox and haven't figured out how to best use it (e.g. what is too much and what is too little).
I play around on a few test domains (keyword.x) but so far there are almost no changes at all *besides some normal google behavior (a few up one day a few down the next). What I don't do is pinging or anything like that since I hope google would the comments naturally. But I tried various tactics, from 100 comments to 2000 comments a day and it didn't really seem to make a difference.*
What about you guys, what are your experience with DIRECT ranking changes due to ScrapeBox commenting?

It depends on so many factors:
- comment acceptance rate
- competition in that niche
- overall SEO strategy
- good / bad luck

I would say it takes 500-2000 approved comments to see a difference.
Keep in mind that you have to diversify your link sources for best results.

try to use scrapebox more to find good links and post it manualy...

There is to many factors to consider... The best way is to test it yourself and see..

To be honest, I don't have a seo strategy for these. They are just domains I had unused around, slammed a 400 word article with 2% keyword density on them and try experimenting around with them. Thus, they are hovering around between position 100-200, which is more or less just based on the keyword.xx domain and the article.*
I am using Scrapebox with either self crawled or ready lists. But I still find it kinda odd that after 1000*successful comments (let's say 10% (auto)approval rate - that's still 100) there is no movement at all.*

Btw: Do you guys include also the url in the comment body or only in the name/link field(s)? How about deeplinks or all to the domain?

I would, but the problem is that I don't see the point after 100 trash comments don't make a difference that 10 quality comments would*:D

Did you actually check these backlinks with the Link Checker inside Scrapebox?

Including the URL in the comment body will further reduce the chance of your comment being approved.

How about deeplinks or all to the domain?
Yes, it's a very good idea to use deeplinks as well.

It really depends on a lot of things so nobody can answer your question.

So, just see how it goes yourself.

There are many stages to this and factors which influence the quantity desired for a given ranking.

Holding keyword difficulty constant at a moderate value, you would need a 2-500 to see any noticeable difference. That's a ballpark figure, because of the following variables:

1. Indexing. If it's not indexed, it doesn't count. Has G seen and counted your backlink?
2. No/********. Self explanatory.
3. Pagerank of URL.
4. OBL of URL. If it's full of links you'd better hope you've got some PR2+ to get anything out of that link at all.

However, we can average these, a mixture of indexed/non indexed, no/********, high/low PR, low/high OBL to come at a figure of around 2 to 500 approved links. If indexing rate is low this can skyrocket. The advantage of spammed pages is indexing is easy and automatic thanks to the work of other kind spammers.

Blog comments works.

If the serp is move or not is based on Competition,Index rate,Pr of domain,Pr of page etc.

But i always do at least 1k comments for a url.

Hm, I did 17 accepted manual comments for a site last week, and already 10 of them are showing as inbound links in Google Webmaster. As I'm doing lots of other stuff for the site it's hard to say what's working but Google like them, % wise, more than anything else I'm doing.

I blast like 100K every other day :D... *it takes 35 hours or so to complete* then I might give it a rest for a day or 2 then do it again:D

Do be afraid of "g-slap"

I'm assuming you mean, do NOT be afraid of G Slap? :)

100k and 35hrs to complete? that seems too long. it takes me about 4hrs to go through 100k.

i adjusted my settings, so that could be the reason
